August has arrived and with it, the potent energy of the 8th month.
In numerology, 8 is the number of abundance and power and in Leo season means you are ready to SHINE! Take the stage. The first six months was the rehearsal, now we are ready to take the stage for the finale of 2025.
But here’s what they don’t tell you: sometimes abundance begins by facing what no longer is aligned, being bold & brave and making space.
I’ve been feeling it. The push to pivot. Clearing. Reorganising. Creating space. And today, I did just that. Cleaned my studio. Cleared the backlog. And took a breath.
There’s magic in the learnings, when we choose to meet it with honesty and deep reflection.

HIGHER SELF - Reiki & Restoration Events
Two beautiful & nourishing gatherings — June 29 at The Body Method and July 13 at Bay Studio — brought healing, calm and connection. A well-deserved pause in a fast-paced world and an opportunity for women to connect deeper to their own inner wisdom and higher self. So grateful to witness women in their softness and allowing themselves to receive.
